- A splash of cream (cooking cream or heavy cream)
- Cheddar slices
- Grated mozzarella
- Samyang Buldak Carbonara sauce (optional, for extra heat)
- Spring onions or fresh parsley (optional)
Step-by-step recipe
- Bring about 1.2 liters of water to a boil in a deep pan or sauté pan. When the water is boiling, add the noodles from both packs and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add all 4 sachets (2 powders + 2 sauces), stir, cover and let cook for 2 more minutes.
- Pour in a splash of cream, add the cheddar slices, cover and let melt for 1 minute.
